Cat Kabira's work begins with the body — the nervous system, the energy field, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath the habits of productivity and self-override that so many women carry.

In this small gathering we’ll explore practices to regulate the nervous system, reclaim healthy boundaries and reconnect with the deeper awareness that lives within the body.

Donations are certainly welcomed. We can change lives.

The Indian community they work with are largely people who have been held back by the Caste System. Women and children often fall prey to domestic violence, harsh and exploitative work, child marriage, disease, and often struggle to even survive. Ayya Yeshe, with her locally trained staff, are striving to help them overcome discrimination, reclaim their human dignity, and help them realise their full potential.
