Across 2025, Northcott has been proud to continue supporting customers to reach their goals and full potential.

Our centres will be closed from Thursday 25 December and reopen on Monday 5 January. A huge thank you to our staff who are working over the holiday period with customers that need ongoing support.

Existing customers can reach our Service Team on 1800 818 286 from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday throughout the holiday period.

We’re so proud of our customers for their hard work, generosity and commitment to helping others.

When customers from Northcott’s Work and Study program step into the kitchen at Julia Reserve Community Centre, they’re doing more than learning to cook; they’re making a real difference for people in their community.

Through a partnership with Dignity Dishes, they have been preparing meals that go directly to people and families at risk of homelessness.

🎄🍽️ Cooking, connection and Christmas cheer 🍽️🎄

This festive season, Northcott’s Dietetics team has created The 12 Days of Wholesome Christmas Recipes: a free, family-friendly cookbook designed for families of all abilities.

With 12 nutritious, festive recipes, fun food facts and simple steps, it’s all about cooking together, building confidence and creating joyful holiday traditions.

Plus, you can keep the fun going with our Holiday Healthy Chefs cooking sessions in January at Parramatta and Campbelltown.

🥗 January sessions now open for our Healthy Chefs Program!

Northcott’s Healthy Chefs Program is a fun and engaging way for young people to learn cooking skills, explore new foods and build their confidence in the kitchen. Led by qualified dietitians, the program blends hands-on cooking with practical nutrition education.

Dream night done right! 🌟

What a magical evening at Taronga Zoo Sydney Dreamnight as our customers enjoyed after hours access to the zoo and an unforgettable line-up of entertainment.

From epic encounters with Star Wars and superhero characters from the 501st Southern Garrison, high-energy fun with The Cockatoo Kids, roaring arrivals from the Diggers Military Motorcycle Club and interactive play with SpinJoy, the night was packed with smiles and surprises!

A huge shout out to the incredible NSW Police Force, Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Ambulance teams for joining the fun. And of course, Taronga's amazing zookeepers who had their animal stars busy during the spectacular free flight bird show and red energy seal show 🦅 🦭 🩷

At Northcott, we're proud to be leaders in delivering therapy supports that help children learn, grow and thrive. Whether it's through early interventions, assistive aids and technologies or inclusive therapy environments, every child deserves the opportunity to reach their potential, just like Spencer.

We filmed with Spencer last year, capturing the incredible progress he made as a young child with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy. With the support of Northcott's expert therapy team, Spencer gained access to assistive technology, adaptive play spaces and specialised equipment that helped him build confidence and skills to fully participate in his community.

Are you studying or planning to study at university, TAFE or a registered training organisation in 2026?

We are currently welcoming applications for several scholarships which are open to students who use a wheelchair for mobility, are a past or present Northcott customer and are enrolled in any discipline of tertiary study.

Awarded scholarship recipients may use the funds to assist with tertiary study costs such as library and internet charges, purchase of textbooks, on-campus accommodation, transport costs, computer hardware and software, stationery, personal care and scribes/tutors.
