If you tell yourself stories that make you the victim, like:
"What's wrong with me?"
"Why does this always happen to me?"
"I'm just not good enough."
It does not help you. These aren't truths. They're stories you've rehearsed so many times, your brain now believes them.
Your mind doesn't distinguish between what's real and what you've convinced yourself is real.
Every time you replay that victim narrative, you're hypnotising yourself into helplessness.
The story you're telling yourself right now? It's optional.
You can rewrite it. But first, you have to stop treating your limiting beliefs like facts.
Stop the pity party. Start questioning the script.
