Complex Revision Abdominoplasty

Dr Dona explains some of this issues associated with this patients revision Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck). Her original surgery was performed elsewhere.

She had poor scarring, poor contours, no muscle corrective surgery, and overall a poor outcome. She also suffered from long standing diabetes, which needs to be factored into the surgical planning and management decisions. She also required a Breast Reduction.
