Assist All Hoops was nothing but net these past few weeks!

Each Thursday saw more of the people we support joining in, having fun, and finishing with a friendly game. It was so cool seeing participants showing off their cool new t-shirts after the last session yesterday – they couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they all had.

Big shoutout to Coach Gabe from Basketball NSW. We love the way you kept everyone engaged and having fun at every session.

Can’t wait to see what comes next!

Meet Nathan, who lives in one of our Supported Independent Living homes in Jannali.

We recently heard from his mum, Anne, about their journey with Sylvanvale.

Anne shared how emotional it was to take the leap into Supported Independent Living for Nathan, who has complex needs. But with Sylvanvale’s support, Nathan has found his forever home where he feels safe, supported, and independent.

Anne even got to travel overseas for the first time, knowing Nathan had a whole village behind him.

It's spooky season here at Sylvanvale!

Sylvanvale clients had HOOPS of fun yesterday learning basketball basics with Assist All Hoops.

From learning to dribble and pass to shooting hoops, Xavier, Cappy, Michael, Mark, Lars, Matthew, and Alex had a blast.

A huge thanks to Basketball NSW and to Coach Gabe for running such a professional and engaging session.
