Happy Valentine’s Day, lovers, legends, singles, and professional third wheels 💘
As a marriage celebrant, I get a front-row seat to the big “I do’s” - the happy tears, the shaky vows, the dramatic uncle who thinks he’s the MC. And let me tell you… love shows up in all kinds of ways.
So today, this one’s for:
❤️ The couples who are disgustingly cute and finishing each other’s sentences.
💔 The freshly heartbroken - may your healing be quick and your glow-up be loud.
🥂 The singles who are not settling and are waiting for butterflies, not bare minimum.
🍫 The “it’s complicated” crew (we see you… we are gently concerned).
💍 And the ones who are already married and now know love is 10% romance and 90% deciding what to have for dinner 🥰
Whether you’re spending today with your soulmate, your best mate, your dog(s), or a family-size block of chocolate - you are worthy of big, real, steady love. The kind I get to witness when two people stand up and promise forever (and mean it).
And if today feels heavy? Be gentle with yourself. Love isn’t a deadline. It’s not a competition. It’s not a clearance sale.
It finds you. Sometimes when you least expect it. Sometimes after you’ve kissed a few frogs. Sometimes after you’ve dramatically sworn off dating forever (twice).
