This week, we explore the beautiful freedom of sharing, giving, and releasing our grip.
What if generosity wasn’t about sacrifice, but about spaciousness? What if letting go created more room for joy?
Join us as we meditate on the art of giving without attachment—discovering that when we hold things lightly, we’re free to share them lovingly.
✨ What to expect:

20 minutes of basic breath meditation
Reflection on sharing and non-attachment
Exploring the difference between giving and grasping
Community practice in letting go

The tighter we hold, the less we have to give. The lighter we hold, the more freely love flows.
Bring nothing but an open heart and a willingness to discover what freedom feels like.
Saturdays at 6.30am

Today was special.
I’m handing over the leadership reigns to 3 incredible leaders, Natalia Parker Matthew Gregorowski and AJ Mills.
I am moving aside to now become the advisor to the new board, effective today.
It’s been a privilege and an honour to serve the community and to create this beautiful charity organisation that will now evolve and flourish under fresh leadership with enthusiastic energy and plans to scale.
I am super excited to return to the beginning, and start my own amazing community initiative under the Meditation HQ banner.
I have a strong desire to be on the beaches again, alongside community, doing what I loved when I started - which was to be with community, sitting together in nature, meditaying tigetehr,, creating monejts and friendships and outlets that grow.
Thank you to the incredible crew at Manly, who showed up today to make my last day special.
I won’t forget it.
I look forward to sharing the adventure now, as a leader at my own beach. Doing what I loved doing the most.
Thank you to everyone for all of your beautiful messages….

This Week's Theme: Earth Care 🌏

When we sit in meditation, we connect not only to ourselves but to the earth beneath us, the air we breathe, and the world we share. Earth Care isn't just about big gestures - it's about the daily choices we make when we pause, reflect, and act with intention.

This Saturday's Sunrise Meditation invites you to deepen your connection with Mother Earth.

As we practice together, we cultivate the awareness and compassion needed to care for our planet - one mindful breath, one conscious choice, one meditation at a time.

The journey from "I to We" includes the earth itself. Because when we heal within, we naturally want to heal the world around us.

Join us this Saturday at 6:30am at your local meditationHQ community location. Let's meditate together and be the change our planet needs.

The Power of Meditating Together

"In group meditation, we don't practice alone - we lend each other our steadiness. In nature, we don't seek silence - we join the silence that's already there."

There's something magical that happens when we meditate as a community. It's not just about sitting together - it's about the collective energy, the shared intention, the way our presence supports one another.

When one person's mind wanders, another's focus holds steady. When you feel restless, the calm of those around you becomes an anchor. We literally lend each other our steadiness, creating a field of peace that's stronger than what any of us could create alone.

And when we do this in nature - on the sand, with the sunrise, surrounded by the elements - we're not fighting for silence. We're joining the silence that the earth has been holding since the beginning. The ocean's rhythm becomes our breath. The horizon becomes our focus. The morning becomes our teacher.

This is the journey from "I to We" in its purest form.

Every Saturday at 6:30am, we gather to experience this together.

Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned practitioner, your presence adds to the collective energy. You belong here.

This Week's Theme: Kindness 💛

You know the safety demonstration on every flight - put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others? There's profound wisdom in that instruction.

We often give so much of ourselves to others that we forget the most important person who needs our kindness - ourselves. But here's the truth: you can't pour from an empty cup. You can't show up fully for others when you're running on empty.
Kindness to self isn't selfish. It's essential.

This Saturday's Sunrise Meditation is an invitation to pause, to breathe, to fill your own cup. When we take time to nurture ourselves through meditation, we're not taking away from others - we're actually preparing ourselves to show up with more presence, more compassion, and more genuine energy to give.

The journey from "Out to In" begins with turning that kindness inward. Because when you care for yourself, you naturally have more to share with the world.

Join us this Saturday at 6:30am and practice the radical act of being kind to yourself first.
