As we near the end 2025 and reflect on the year, we want to say thank you to our Crew, customers and collaborators for their support, trust and partnership.

In light of the recent tragic events that occurred in Bondi, a beloved neighbourhood in the city of our headquarters, we’re more thankful than ever for our community and the support around us. Our thoughts are with those directly impacted and our Sydney Crew and community.

It’s been a great season with Dunkin’ Joy at the Music City Joy Dinner, Midwest Gala, and Manhattan Gala, all uniting franchisees, partners, and community leaders to support and raise money for children battling illness and hunger. These events brought evenings of connection and compassion. From touching stories of healing to moments of entertainment and generosity, they embodied the spirit of community and care. Coates proudly sponsored the three fundraisers, and our attendance gave us the opportunity to celebrate a night of giving, deepen relationships and make a meaningful difference together with our partners.

Through our value, "Act Today for a Better Tomorrow", we know we have an innate responsibility to leave things better than we found them, and we know "better" is not a destination but an ongoing journey. Career and personal development programs are key priorities within our organisation to help enable our Crew to do their best work and support our mission to 'Always Evolve'. One program offered to our global Crew is the Oral English Program for anyone looking to improve their English and strengthen their engagement with other Crew members around the globe.

The program consists of either bi-weekly or monthly 1:1 sessions where the learners and volunteers chat about the monthly theme or any other topic they'd like. Ultimately, we're able to create connections across our Crew despite timezone, cultural and regional differences and unlock the power of our differences, together!
