Welcome to the Stockland Willowdale community! We’re here to help and want our community members to feel that their opinions and values are respected. We encourage your feedback and aim to respond to your comments as soon as possible. While we do moderate this community, we welcome open discussion.

1. Respect Everyone
Treat all members of our community with kindness and respect. Avoid personal attacks, offensive language, or discriminatory comments based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, or disability.
2. Stay on Topic
Our page is dedicated to discussions related to Stockland and property development. We welcome your thoughts and experiences, but please keep conversations relevant.
3. No Spam
Spamming, including posting repetitive content, links to third-party websites, off-topic comments, or self-promotion, is not allowed. Protect Your Privacy
Be mindful of the information you share. Never post sensitive personal information publicly. If we ask you to provide specific details, we will always direct you to a secure and private channel.
5. No False Information
Sharing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. We aim to keep our community informed and appreciate your help in keeping our information accurate.
6. No Illegal Content Posts
Encouraging or endorsing illegal activity, including violating Stockland’s policies or terms of service, will be removed.

🎉 Throwback to an unforgettable day at Willowdale! 🏏🌭🎈

On Sunday 24 August, Willowdale came alive as over 2,000 residents joined us to celebrate the grand opening of our brand-new Willowdale Sportsfield – and what a day it was!

From footy kicks to fairy floss, the event was packed with fun for the whole family:

✨ Sports demos by Ready Steady Go Kids, Motiv8sports Australia & Cricket NSW
🎨 Face painting, bubble artists & stilt walkers
🚒 A fire truck display from Catherine Field Rural Fire Brigade
🎶 Live entertainment, food trucks & kids’ games galore!

Set across 5.5 hectares, our $20 million sporting precinct now offers top-tier facilities for rugby, soccer, AFL, and cricket – including a main field the size of the MCG! Plus, BBQs, picnic areas, a playground, and an amenities block that honours local Aboriginal heritage.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so special. Your energy and community spirit turned a great event into an incredible one. Here's to many more memories made on the field!

The Willowdale Sportsfield Grand Opening Event - Sunday 24th August🏏🎶

Game on, Willowdale! Your brand-new sportsfield is officially opening and we’re throwing a celebration on Sunday 24th August to mark the occasion.

Get ready for a day packed with fun and enjoy DJ beats, prize wheel thrills, Ready Steady Go Kids activities, special appearances from Cricket NSW and Play AFL, and a whole lot more!

Set across 5.5 hectares, the new sportsfield is packed with top-tier facilities including a full-size MCG-equivalent cricket oval, fields for soccer, rugby, and AFL, two cricket nets, a clubhouse with amenities, a playground, and a BBQ area perfect for relaxing after the match.

As a proud RAP organisation, we stand with First Nations communities—celebrating culture, fostering opportunity, and designing a future where all Australians thrive together.

Willowdale is a vibrant Stockland community surrounded by nature in Sydney's fast-growing south-west.

At Willowdale you’ll enjoy plenty of walking and cycle paths, nature reserves, shops and cafes, children’s playgrounds, a thriving community hub, connectivity to public transport and major road links. It’s a relaxed lifestyle with everything you could want all at your doorstep.

Our community features five new parks including Willowdale Park, almost 3 hectares in size, with multiple kick about areas, bbq’s and picnic shelters, flying foxes, a large children’s playground, a water play area, bike and scooter tracks and a small ampitheatre.

Free outdoor fitness sessions are held at Willowdale Park, where you can choose from Cross-Training, Boxing and Yoga. There are 2 new parks open on Jamboree Avenue, ideal for family outings. Dogwood Park is our newest park and includes a fenced dog off-leash area.
