Lately, a few of us have been meeting just after sunriseโ€ฆ
We jump in the ocean.
We chat.
We laugh.

Sometimes we just in silence together in the salty stillness.
Itโ€™s simple.
But it reminds me how rich life feels when you let yourself feel it.
Summer invites us into joy, into presence, into the body.
Into little acts of courage (like that first cold plunge that you know Iโ€™m not a fan of haha).
And into the kind of connection that doesnโ€™t need fixing, just witnessing.
So hereโ€™s to the swims, the silliness, the chats that go nowhere and mean everything.

Hereโ€™s to the mornings that set the tone for everything else.
Soak it in.
Let it fill you up!

I used to feel guilty for resting, like I had to be busy to be worthy.
But the truth is: rest is not a reward.
Itโ€™s a rhythm your body already knows if you let it.

Taking a deep breath is NOT the fastest way to calm down!!!

I knowโ€ฆ thatโ€™s what weโ€™ve all been told.๏ฟฝโ€œJust take a deep breath.โ€

And I get it. It sounds simple.

But when a deep breath means a fast, forceful inhale, especially through the mouth, it can actually stimulate your stress response even more.

Thatโ€™s why people end up needing to take โ€œdeep breathsโ€ every few minutes, and why so many become habitual shallow or anxious breathers without realising it.

I honestly havenโ€™t seen consistent, lasting calm come from that approach alone.

So what actually works?

A light, soft inhalation through the nose.๏ฟฝFollowed by a longer, slow, controlled exhale.

Even one extended exhalation can slow your heart rate, settle your nervous system, and bring a sense of centredness and focus in the moment.

So let me ask you:

You donโ€™t have to be good at something to let it bring you joy.
You just have to let yourself have it. ๐Ÿ˜‰
This reel is proof. I missed steps, got the timing wrong, laughed a lot (of course) and still walked away more alive than when I started.

Sometimes joy is the medicine. ๐Ÿ˜„
Not as a reward for being productive.
Not once everythingโ€™s done.
But simply because your heart longs for it.

Do more of what brings you back to life.
Even if itโ€™s messy. Especially if itโ€™s lots of fun! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ

Iโ€™ve never been someone who loves jumping off piers, climbing trees, or going on rollercoasters.

In factโ€ฆ quite the opposite ๐Ÿ˜…

And yet, I know that stretching my comfort zone, gently, safely, is key to living a life that feels rich, expansive, and truly alive. It also helps my nervous system build resilience and adaptability over time. And guess what? Itโ€™s the same for all of us.

Doing things that scare us a little (or a lot) can be powerful portals for growth.

Itโ€™s not about pushing.
Itโ€™s about showing up for the part of us that wants to grow, even when it trembles.

So hereโ€™s to those quiet (or bold) YES moments!
The ones where we leap despite fear, and meet a stronger, softer version of ourselves on the other side.

Here I am, jumping off the pier at Balmoral Baths, feeling my tummy twist, my heart race, and still knowingโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve got me.

Our Story

The Love Approach Project was created by me, Laura Gutiรฉrrez, to support others in their sacred inner journey, helping them in returning to their hearts and in healing from the past. It all began as a way for me to share the experience of my own process of healing and of learning to love myself again. I conceived The Love Approach Project to be a place in which we can all be nurtured and heal, as well as space in which we can all strengthen our spiritual connection to the Source of all creation. My aim with The Love Approach Project is to reach and touch hearts and lives that are ready to let go of what's not needed anymore, and that are open to receive and reconnect with our true nature: love. Hereโ€™s what I can do for you

Understand why you are where you are and identifying your next steps can be tough. I can help you open your path once again: clarify whatโ€™s in your mind, focus your energy on what matters. Reconnect your heart and your brain is key to make you feel more confident about your choices and learn how to trust your inner guidance.

I can help you fall in love with yourself again, let go of the past, forgive, heal your heart, release stress and old conditioning, find your centre, reconnect with your emotions, listen to your heart, and find your peace.

Energetically, after having worked with me, you will trust yourself more and know how to listen to your emotions, to your body and to your heart. You will step into the version of you who allows healing to take place, who embraces change and who loves life!
