A friendly reminder that there are limited apace available for in person appointments.

I adore seeing you in person (it's always nice to discuss your health over a cup of tea). So let's book in that session and wrap up some of those overdue things on your list. 🍡

Love my soups this winter, they make for fantastic lunches, dinners, sharing meals, or a meal for one (freeze the rest).

One of the most important things we can do for our gut microbiome is give it a diversity of fibres.

I find rotating soups (made from broth or homemade stock where possible) is an easy and tasty way for me (and the family) to try new foods (and fibres).

And a little extra tooting is sometimes just your gut bacteria readjusting. If pain or discomfort occurs, it might be a good time to check in with your practitioner!
