Three key muscles to release if you have shoulder pain!

1) Infraspinatus: part of the rotator cuff, when you have bad posture or poor shoulder control this muscle gets over stretched and over worked.

2) Rhomboid: one of the main stabilisers of the shoulder blade, another muscle that gets irritated when our shoulder is in a poor position.

3) Upper Trapezius: this muscle loves to get involved in any and every issue involving the upper back, shoulder or neck!
