Support Workers are naturally kind. They think ahead, notice what is needed next and create moments of care that make a real difference.

Kindness also lives within our teams. Supporting each other makes every shift smoother and every day brighter for both colleagues and participants.

Today, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice and resilience of all those who have served and continue to serve our country.

At 11am, we stop and reflect.
We remember those who gave their lives for our freedom, those who came home carrying the weight of war, and the families who have stood behind them with strength and love.

Lest we forget. ❤️
