Kids don’t see “different species” they just see a friend.
A gentle touch, a curious gaze, a shared moment… these are the beginnings of empathy.

When we teach children to be kind and gentle with animals, we’re really teaching them how to care for the world and each other. 💚

In our music workshop, it wasn’t just about playing instruments — it was about being seen, being heard, and feeling free.

For kids, music can open doors words sometimes can’t. It helps them express emotions, regulate energy, and build confidence — all through sound, movement, and connection.

Watching their eyes light up with each beat, each note, each joyful noise… that’s what it’s all about. 💚

This is why we do what we do — because every child deserves a space where they can shine in their own way.

Today was one to remember! 🧯🚒

Our little explorers visited Fire and Rescue NSW Ryde and had the chance to hop into fire trucks, try on firefighter gear, and learn what happens during a fire emergency — from the tools they use to the brave work they do every day.

A big thank you to the incredible team for welcoming our Howe Care participants with open arms. Your kindness, patience, and dedication to keeping the community safe are nothing short of heroic.
