🌟Supafit Member Transformation Spotlight 🌟
We are beyond proud to celebrate the amazing journey of our SupaFit legend Tom List 👏
In just one year of training at SupaFit Performance Centre, Tom has:
✅ Lost a total of 16.7kg (10kg of that alone he last in our last 6 week challenge!)
✅ Dropped 14.2% body fat
✅ Trimmed 15cm off his waist
✅ Taken his fitness & conditioning to an entirely new level 🚀

I asked Tom directly for any advice/words of wisdom he could share for anyone looking to start their own transformation journey and this is what he said....
“I focused on breaking my bad habits – things like overeating, lazy food choices, and having massive portions. I also cleared out the temptations from my house so I wouldn’t fall back into old patterns.
From there, I built better habits: preparing my meals, weighing my portions, and staying consistent with both my training and nutrition.
Most importantly, I was in the right mindset to make a change. The Supafit 6 week Shredder program helped a lot, and having my accountability coach Sam in my corner with ideas and encouragement made all the difference.”
