Spring has sprung! š¼
So hereās some well-being motivation for spring:
My favourite time of the year is here finally and I feel like itās come at a much needed time too š
At the outset of the year the focus was to āembrace changeā ⦠yet some of the changes in life that Iāve gone through recently hit me harder than I expected and as much as I tried to embrace them I wonāt deny they didnāt come with their challenges.
But itās time to go back to what was set out for the year - to embrace the change!
Iām feeling like myself again and ready for what the rest of the year brings! šŖš½
So whether youāve been having your fair share of challenges this year or changes you werenāt expecting, I encourage you to try shift your mindset and embrace the new.
When things are out of our comfort zone it can feel exactly that - uncomfortable, yet this is where the best growth happens and we become better, stronger and more resilient people for it. š¤
So for SPRING letās become more present with what we do, remember that gratitude is everything, get outdoors more, be thankful for the small positive things in life and create goals you want to achieve whether itās a healthier well-being, closer relationships with family & friends, discovering/connecting with your core values, sticking to a skincare routine or giving time to yourself to rest.
I truly believe if we fix who we are and how we feel on the inside we shine and blossom on the outside. Grow just like the nature around us has begun doing āļøš± š»
