I have developed workshops for the full range of Carers, such as Support and Welfare Workers, Social Workers, Psychologists, Counsellors, Volunteers and Nurses, as well as individuals looking after people with a disability, aging parents and relatives. It has been of concern to me after going through burn-out and surviving, that I have observed others heading in a similar way. It is good to have a caring nature, but there are better ways to fortify ourselves. The workshops are designed to encourage people in a small group-work setting with topics of interest, specifically for carers. The workshops have a balance of discussion, relaxation, highly stimulating and fun.
