Some products take a little time to earn their place in a routine.

Collagen 3 is a Biotech collagen serum formulated to support the skin’s natural collagen environment, while also helping to maintain barrier function and hydration. The formula includes peptides and other supportive ingredients that are commonly asked about in clinic settings.

Used as a serum step before moisturiser, it layers comfortably within most routines and is often chosen for skin that feels in need of added comfort, resilience, or hydration without a heavy finish.

Suitability varies, and individual skin needs should always guide product selection.

Laser and light-based devices are used in clinical settings to interact with specific skin structures in a controlled way. Different technologies are selected based on factors such as skin characteristics, areas of concern, and individual suitability.

This overview is intended as general information only. Device selection, treatment planning, and timing are determined following professional consultation, where safety considerations, expectations, and recovery profiles are discussed.

Not all vitamin C formulas behave the same.

In this reel, Nicky compares SkinCeuticals Silymarin CF with two other unnamed vitamin C products to observe differences in formulation behaviour.

Although vitamin C is a popular skincare ingredient, not all forms are created equal. The concentration, the specific type of vitamin C used, and the formula’s pH level all influence how well it penetrates the skin to deliver effective results.

This is a visual demonstration only and is general in nature. Product suitability varies between individuals, and a consultation is recommended to determine the most appropriate skincare for your skin.

Changes in skin firmness are a normal part of ageing and often become more noticeable in areas like the jawline, cheeks, and forehead.

A.G.E. Interrupter Ultra Serum by SkinCeuticals is formulated to support skin structure and resilience, with a focus on age related changes caused by Glycation in the skin.

Within a consistent skincare routine, this serum may assist in supporting the skins structure, firmness and hydration particularly in areas where age-related changes tend to show earlier.

As with all skincare, suitability varies and a personalised approach is essential. With this in mind or for more information - feel free to direct message us so Nicky and Naome can help out!

I get asked about my skin routine all the time, and honestly it does change. Usually not the whole routine… more often it’s my moisturiser or a corrective serum depending on what my skin is doing at the time.

I always remind people that a routine isn’t about using the most products. It’s about supporting the skin throughout the day, correcting it overnight, and gently working toward a goal.

For me, the priority is keeping inflammation at bay. Always.
We live in a “do more” era, but my philosophy has always been slow and steady wins the race.
The same applies to my patients. Consistency matters far more than intensity. The best routine is the one your skin can tolerate. That’s why recommendations are always individual, not one-size-fits-all.

Personalised advice is provided following professional consultation.

Enzyme-based skin treatments are commonly used to support skin function by encouraging circulation and assisting with the removal of surface-level metabolic waste.

Often described using the concept of reverse osmosis, enzyme therapy works by helping move waste away from the skin while supporting the delivery and utilisation of nutrients at the skin surface. This process may assist the skin’s natural plasmatic function as part of a broader, individualised skin management plan.

As with all skin treatments, suitability and outcomes vary, and assessment is essential.

A consultation is required to determine suitability. This information is general and does not replace medical advice.

Here, Naome is performing a Microneedling skin treatment. Microneedling is a procedure commonly used to support skin renewal by creating controlled micro-injuries within the skin. This process encourages the skin’s natural repair response over time.

Treatment depth and technique can be adjusted based on individual skin characteristics and the concern being addressed, which is why microneedling is often incorporated into a personalised treatment plan rather than approached as a one-size-fits-all option.

Skin responses vary, and outcomes depend on factors such as skin type, treatment frequency, and overall skin health.

A consultation is required to assess suitability, determine appropriate treatment intervals, and set realistic expectations.

Beautiful makeup starts with well-prepared skin.

As Nicky works on Bernice, the focus is on skin that is hydrated, comfortable, and supported, so makeup sits more evenly and feels effortless rather than heavy.

Gee Beauty’s Prime Skin and Brightening Concealer refine the finish, but the real foundation is skin quality.

Sometimes the difference is not the product you add.
It is the step you do not skip.

Gee Beauty makeup is available at Shape Clinic, with more essentials to come.
