BURNOUT IT'S CERTAINLY NO FUN.

We have all reached burnout at some point, even several times. But, what have you learnt from it?

Your body is telling you one thing yet the pressures of the outside world is telling you another. In each moment you systematically choose the outside world instead of your inner landscape to take care of. You are choosing others over yourself believing they are more important than you. No matter what excuse you give the result is the same. That is why you have ended up here.

Nature is telling you to slow down, give yourself some space, some nurturing, some love. Choose you. You know what you are doing is not working for you continue to do it.

The world is competing for your attention and so is your body. At first your body gives you subtle cues and the more you go on and the more you ignore your body it eventually gets louder to the point you can't go on. It's had enough,

Start by slowing down, doing less. Sometimes doing nothing can be the most productive thing you do. In choosing you can will do better, be better and feel better.xx
