DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL

You have most probably experienced it, at least once maybe more.
It's a terrible feeling, like everything is falling apart. Because, it is, well the illusion is. The feeling is of hopelessness, dread, that life has no meaning or purpose and you question EVERYTHING.

When does this happen?
A crisis, loss or a death
At times we feel as though we can't live up to expectations or a certain level of success any longer.
Major life changes or
Emotional upheaval

Why
We have lost touch with ourself and have to reconnect. It happens through deeper levels of consciousness. The Dark Night of the Soul is a catalyst for personal growth. It is also commonly known as a spiritual awakening.

If you have ever been through it, it could feel like the most uncomfortable period of your life wondering when and if there will ever be an end to this pain.

As you journey through the process you will begin to see yourself and the world around you differently. You will have no choice but to surrender, the more you resist the harder it will be.

Be patient even though it is difficult, know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Show yourself compassion, stay present and involve yourself in any spiritual practices that support you and your well being.
