Such a great turnout this morning one of many educational workshops we run monthly for our members.

This time it was about Lift Safer & Stronger Workshop focusing on technique, bracing, and building confidence under the bar with trainer

Training isn’t just about working hard, it’s about doing it right. We can’t wait for our members to retest their lifts after 8 weeks. We are so pumped for next weekend 💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️

Since retiring, Jo decided to invest in his health. 3 x 30 min PT sessions a week focused on strength, plus sticking around for extras because he enjoys it that much.

He is really on top of it. He is focused, consistent and always ready to put in work. Jo has built lots of confidence in lifting heavy weights and is getting stronger and feeling fitter overall.

Hear it from our members 🥳☺️

Meet Lisa, one of the absolute weapons in our community.

Over the past year, she’s had an incredible run with her training, also holding our squatting and rowing records.

A couple of months ago, Lisa broke her fingers and had to take a step back. Most people would’ve hit pause for much longer… but not Lisa. She was back into training just two weeks later, doing what she could, staying consistent, and rebuilding.

We are incredibly proud of her, setting a great example for the others 🩵

⭐️CLIENT OF THE MONTH⭐️

This month’s client was an easy decision to make for our trainers - the shoutout goes to our pocket Minette. What we love the most is her attitude. She is always smiling, working hard, and is ready to take on the next challenge. Minnette shows up to the gym 6x a week, and her progress speaks for itself. She rarely misses a session. She is lifting almost double her body weight and is looking stronger than ever. Her cardio improved a lot. Min is now leading HIIT classes from the front. We are in awe of how far she has progressed.

Well done Minette! Keep crushing it 🥳🥳💪

We asked our trainers what advice they would give someone feeling nervous about getting started. Remember that everyone starts somewhere. Everyone was once a beginner and confidence comes with regurarly showing up.

The hardest part is honestly walking up the stairs to get into the gym 😂 (if you know you know haha).
