As the first step, we would encourage you to come in and take advantage of our no-obligation, free consultation. HYPOXI involves the use of revolutionary, new technology and is unlike anything you have ever seen before and we'd love to show you around the studio. Next, a specifically tailored program will be set for your first 12 sessions, based on the results you are looking to achieve. The first 12 sessions are generally programmed over 4 weeks, but this will be designed around your schedule. Measurements are taken at your first appointment and reviewed after 6 sessions to ensure the program is achieving maximum results. Additional dietary and lifestyle information will also be provided to accelerate results if you so desire. As a general guide, each session takes 30 minutes, and is personally supervised. Then it's just a matter of gently exercising, as you watch TV on the plasma screen or read a magazine, and let the Hypoxi magic go to work!!
