In light of this pandemic, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we are tailoring practice, to keep everyone as safe as we can.

We will continue to provide consultation services during this time but we are minimising the overlap of patients in the waiting room by spreading out our appointments. We request that where possible only one parent or carer bring their child for their appointment and that siblings not attend. Surfaces are regularly wiped clean and upon entry to the practice hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities are available.

If you have an upcoming appointment please notify us if you or your child have fevers, a cough or respiratory symptoms. If you have travelled overseas recently, we ask that you self-isolate for 14 days and we are happy to reschedule your appointment for after that time.

Our thoughts are with those affected by the virus, particularly those who are sick. We wish them a full recovery. Our health care workers will be inundated with new COVID-19 cases in the immediate future if we do not try our best to minimise transmission of this virus. Let us help them out by practicing good hand hygiene and social distancing.

Above all, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and in good health.
