Alanna was first introduced to Kinesiology as a client over 10 years ago. The amazing results and personal transformation from Kinesiology was what made her seek to become a Kinesiology Practitioner herself. Alanna furthered her energy healing studies and became a Practitioner of four Access Consciousness processes. Alanna is also a certified Practitioner in Chakra and Aura healing and balancing. The traumas we carry physically, emotionally and psychologically impact the function of our body's energy systems, causing an energy imbalance and physical issues. Kinesiology detects and corrects imbalances that may relate to stress, negative emotions/reactions, nutrition or minor injuries.
