For those who would like to join us ... we will be doing The Low bar Mental Health Push-up Challenge a first initiative of our FailingForwardTogether Community tonight at 6pm on Facebook live in the Low bar community group.. again, only if you would like to ... Being FB Live it will be just me on Video and you’re welcome to record your own and post it or just let us know you’re there ..whatever you’re comfortable with ..

Mum’s, Dad’s, kids, brothers, sisters and grandparents ... The mental health challenge should be for everyone.. we can all do something positive together and share the experience & some real conversations with our families and mates and get fitter, healthier, happier at the same time at a time when we all need it ..
We have removed all the barriers so anyone can join in ... the bar is so low we can all do it and grow together ..
We are on at 6pm each day Monday to Friday for approx 10 minutes. We will be doing 5 pushups tonight in the first week and will grow by 1 push-up each week 5 days a week for 20 weeks concluding with 25 push-ups in week 20.
You can either join in once a day or once a week or once a month it’s up to you .. the main thing is you are doing more than you were and getting healthier every day ..
