Westmead Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse Ebony Badman has been named the 2025 Westfield Parramatta Local Hero! Westfield Parramatta

In her role at Westmead Hospital, Ebony supports more than 1,500 babies and their families each year, and has been recognised for her extraordinary dedication to the tiniest and most vulnerable patients and their families.

This recognition is a testament not only to Ebony’s contribution but also to the dedication of the entire NICU team and the community that supports them.
