Helping kids do the things they need and love to do — that’s OT 🩷

31/10/2025

We asked our parents and caregivers what OT has meant for them and their family — their words remind us why we do what we do 🩷

OT in Action. In their words.

29/10/2025

This OT Week we took time to recharge — move, breathe, reflect, reset — and reconnect with what OT in Action means to us.

27/10/2025

Being an OT isn’t just a job — it’s woven into every part of life.

The way we connect, create, and care — at work, with our team, and in the quiet moments outside in our everyday lives.

Because OT in Action is purpose, meaning, and connection — everywhere we go 💛

Not every challenge is visible, and not every strength can be measured.

This Invisible Disabilities Week, let’s look beyond appearances and see the whole child — their effort, emotions, and everyday victories 💛

Our OT Bec has been supporting our beautiful client to strengthen her foundational motor skills through purposeful movement and play-based therapy.

Sessions focus on improving head and neck control, increasing hand grip and midline movement, and encouraging coordinated use of the upper and lower body.

Therapy activities include supported sitting, tummy time, and reaching for toys to promote muscle strength, balance, and engagement. Each session brings noticeable progress — longer head holds, stronger grasp, and greater participation.

Small steps leading to meaningful growth.

ADHD has many faces — each unique, each valid, each deserving of support and understanding.

As OTs, we see the many faces of ADHD. With awareness comes the power to create environments where children can thrive 🧡
