Americans, I'm coming for you!
The Boltons are heading to the U.S on a one-way ticket, and I couldn't be more excited... ✈️

It's where most of our clients and a good portion of our team live.
But more than just logistics, it's felt like the best next step for our family for a long time (It's just been about timing).
We'll spend our first few months in LA, and then make plans from there.

Dec 8th can't come soon enough 🙏🏼

Anyway, better get back to work so I can afford our health care bills & Bidens tax plans... 😜

This campaign is averaging.....2 calls a day, which is 14 calls a week.

And even If you only converted at 20% on your calls (Worst case scenario), you'd still be acquiring clients for pennies on the dollar.

How does it work? 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩...
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Make your Facebook friends list full of ideal clients.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Post regular content on your profile that makes connections, creates trust, and builds your authority.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Run targeted, strategic ads to your Facebook profile friends list.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: Take calls, make sales, change lives 😉
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: Repeat

There are a few more ninja tricks than that, but you get the gist.

This strategy's simple, profitable, and far easier than trying to fill a sales call funnel with cold traffic... (Or worse, not running ads at all 😅)

Pretty freaking cool to be featured as a "Success Story" in Sam Ovens' new webinar.

(It's super good by the way, well worth checking out!)

I remember watching one of Sam's webinars in early 2018.

At the time, I only had one goal:

Learn how to create a business where I could make 100k/year.

So I bought Sam's program because he promised it was possible. And that he could show me the way.

Now, just over 2 years later, our business is doing a smidge more than that 😉 I'm loving it more than ever, and Sam continues to be a great mentor & friend.

Self-made "success" doesn't really exist.

And if that's the story you're trying to write, your journey will likely be hard & slow.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝘀 & 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀, 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁...
- Grew up with a single mum
- Got into drinking & drugs pretty hard when I was 10, 11 & 12 yrs old
- Dropped out of high school when I was 16
- Became a youth pastor for 9 years from 18-27
- Got married, had some kids 🥰
- Then started an online business with ZERO previous biz experience...
..And now we're here 💁‍♀️

But the last thing you could say about anything I've ever done, or ever will do, is that I'm self-made.

My life has changed - and continues to change - because of coaches & mentors.

𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚:
𝟭. Find people who are further along in the direction you want to be.
𝟮. Spend time with them, Ask them questions, pay them if you need to. (If you can't hang with them, buy a course or program).
𝟯. Absorb as much as you can, listen well and do as they say. (In other words, be an awesome student).
𝟰. Repeat.

Maybe one day you will be featured in their webinar, or maybe you won't.

But either way, you will be better for it.

𝗩𝗦𝗟’𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Lead costs have gone up.

People are taking longer to nurture, before they bool calls and buy.

The calls that come through have also booked calls with your competitors to “shop around”.

And your one ad account ban away from losing your business.

After spending $2MIL+ on ads in the last 12 months, primarily on VSL’s & webinars…

And talking to some of the biggest names in the space…

It’s super clear that times are changing.

VSL’s & webinars can still work, for sure.

Just not like they used to.

I’ve spent $150k on coaching & courses in the last 18 months.

Guess how many VSL’s I’ve watched? One.

And it was for a mastermind I was already apart of.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙩.

This is why I’m doubling down on what we call “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱”.

It’s where we combine the best of organic marketing, with High ROI (mostly retargeting) advertising…

Not much of what we do and use is “breakthrough”. Maybe it’s stuff you’ve tried before.

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲? 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Over the last 14 weeks, our free Facebook has grown from 0 to 550 people. Pretty small, right?

Yet 10% of people who join book calls with us.

We roughly get new group members to join for roughly $20-30 each, which means we’re paying $200-300 per call.

Typical VSL’s only have a 70-80% show rate, and a 20% close rate (with cold traffic).

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀? Of the last 50 calls, we’ve only had 1 NO-SHOW (That’s a 98% show rate) and we’ve enrolled 50% of all calls into high ticket clients.

So we’re spending roughly $500-600 to acquire a client worth a smidge more than that 😉

Running the numbers, we can now see that each group member (in our free group) so far is worth $329 in cash collected...

There have been periods in the last few months we’ve had to turn off ad campaigns for ourselves and clients. There were just simply too many leads that we didn’t have enough space in our calendar. (Which is why we just hired more reps to scale this offer faster 🙌).

I was showing someone our KPI’s earlier this week - Someone’s who’s made $80+ million through VSL’s & webinars.

When they saw our results they said “𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦!”

And the good news is we’re replicating these results again & again with clients.

This isn’t a funnel or a tactic…

Let's talk about your show-up rate 📞

If you’re not consistently having 90% of your sales calls actually show up, you’re leaving a lot of money on the table.

Let’s look at a quick example based on the data we see across the 4,000+ calls our clients get booked a month.

Let's say you sell a $5k product.

You spend $6k running ads to cold traffic and get 18 calls booked at $333 each. Not bad.

But because the prospects are pretty cold only 12 show up (67% Show up rate).

You close at 25% - 3 sales - and make $15k.

Your numbers will likely look different, but the principle is the same:
