We are a team of passionate OT's, excited about facilitating independence for people who've had an injury, illness or disability.

Come and see what we do and how much we love our job!! At Wise OT Solutions we have a wealth of experience managing catastrophic injuries in the Workers Care, LTCS and CTP schemes. We complete functional retraining and get people back to their daily life after complex cognitive and physical injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputations and burns. Our team of OT’s can provide cognitive retraining, upper limb therapy, assessment for equipment and home modifications.

At Wise OT Solutions our entire team is made up of women. 👩‍🦰👩‍🦱👩🏾👩‍👩🏽‍🦱👩‍🦳

Not because we set out to build an all-female team, but because of the incredible women who have chosen to do this work together.

Every day they show up, supporting people whose lives have changed in an instant through serious injury.

It’s work that can be complex, emotional and sometimes heavy.

But these women bring compassion, intelligence, humour and grit to it every single day.

Many are working mums, balancing busy family lives. 👶👧
Others are earlier in their careers, learning fast and bringing fresh energy to the team. 🌿
Some have decades of experience and quietly guide and mentor those around them. 💪

Occupational therapy is a profession made up of 90% women, and today feels like a good moment to pause and acknowledge the impact that has.

Women supporting people to rebuild their lives.
Women supporting other women to grow in their careers.
Women doing work that really matters.

I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside them. 💛💜
