Our objective is to build strong and confident runners so they can enjoy running and not sit back when they’re injured

Confident to train, adjust and keep moving forward

When you know what to adjust when things hurt, there’s a less likely a chance you have to completely stop

Complete rest from an injury will never solve the problem

Your objective when managing an injury is to stay as conditioned as possible. So whilst the pain settles, you’re setting yourself up for the next phase without the need of feeling left behind

This has helped many runners return back to their events a lot earlier than expected. Because they’re confident in knowing when to push, and when to modify

Need more iPhone storage to capture moments

Feb has been more than redefining.

Birthday month, Lunar New year, meeting inspiring people, and a few projects coming to life

Working alone can be lonely at most. But meeting people with a greater drive than you can be contagious. It lights a fire up to keep you going and a reminder to why you started your journey

5 weeks left until we head over to USA and represent Asian-Australians. A project that gives so much depth and a platform to connect those around us. A reminder that no matter who you are, and where you come from.. you can achieve the impossible.

My tip for new runners or those returning back from an injury is …

Run from a TIME perspective rather than Distance

Walk/run as you wish. Start off with 30min time block - at least x2-3 per week, and increase to 40-45mins after 2 weeks of consistent training
