Grief isn’t linear — it moves in waves.
Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes overwhelming, and sometimes it surprises us long after we think we’re “okay.”

It can show up as sadness, anger, guilt, or even numbness. Every emotion is a normal part of the process.

Grief also doesn’t follow a timeline. There’s no “right” way to grieve, no fixed schedule, and no set endpoint.

It’s a deeply personal experience shaped by your connection, memories, and the life you continue to live.

While grief can feel isolating, it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. Support — whether from friends, family, a therapist, or community — can help navigate the waves and honor the process.

Be patient with yourself. Be gentle with your emotions. And know that healing isn’t about forgetting — it’s about learning to carry love, memories, and loss together in a way that eventually allows life to feel whole again. 🤍

‼️Overthinking may feel productive, but it actually works against you.

- It creates problems that weren’t there.
- Your mind starts filling in blanks, imagining worst-case scenarios, and turning “what if” into stress.
- Thinking the same thoughts repeatedly uses mental energy without giving you new solutions.
-The more you analyze, the harder it becomes to make a decision. You stay stuck instead of moving forward.
- Overthinking magnifies fears and doubts, making everything feel bigger and scarier.
- You’re either replaying the past or worrying about the future — missing what’s actually happening now.

⭐️ Working on overthinking isn’t about “thinking less”, it’s about thinking healthier.

- You learn to spot unhelpful mental loops sooner.
- You build skills to tolerate uncertainty, regulate anxiety and emotional intensity.
- You make clearer, more grounded decisions.
- You free up mental space for calm, presence, and confidence.

If overthinking is something you struggle with, our team is here to support you

✨ PMDD: The Mood Disorder Hidden in the Menstrual Cycle

PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) is more than PMS. It’s a severe, hormone-sensitive mood disorder that can bring intense mood swings, depression, anxiety, irritability, and overwhelm in the week or two before a period — then ease once the cycle resets.

So many people live through this silently, thinking it’s “just them.” But PMDD is real, valid, and treatable, and no one should navigate it alone.

If you or someone you love struggles with intense premenstrual changes, share this post to spread awareness. 💛

🧠✨ A gentle reminder for the end-of-year rush…

This season has a way of convincing us we need to do everything, be everywhere, and show up as the “best version” of ourselves 24/7.

Today, we invite you to choose one need—just one—and practice meeting it with intention.

✨ What’s one need you’re choosing to honor yourself today?

Shifting our thoughts during times of distress can help with feeling better. Our emotions fire up and saturate the way we think and interpret situations that we are in. Some of these statements may be helpful if you're struggling to practice find the words to help shift your thinking.

Small language shifts can change the whole moment.
Swap ‘Stop crying’ for ‘Your feelings make sense.’
Validation helps kids feel seen, supported, and safe. Our words can also become their inner dialogue when they are grown up. Modelling kindness through your words helps kids to be adults who are kinder and more gentle on themselves when life gets tough.
