After the events in Bondi our hearts are broken for the Jewish community and for every life lost, every family grieving, every person whose sense of safety has been shattered.
This kind of brutality leaves an imprint , in our nervous systems, in our bodies, in the collective field. If you feel shaken, angry, numb, or deeply sad, your response makes sense.
At Kaizen, we believe compassion is not passive. It is unifying. It reminds us that what harms one of us, affects us all. That beyond religion, culture, or difference, we share a common humanity.
Compassion calls us to stand together, to refuse division, dehumanisation, and hate and to choose care, connection, and responsibility for one another.
Unity is not sameness.
It is the willingness to see ourselves in each other
Today we choose to slow down.
To hold one another more gently.
To refuse hatred, fear, and division and instead meet this moment with humanity, presence, and love.
May we honour the lives lost.
May we protect one another.
And may light, connection, and kindness be louder than violence.
šÆļø We stand in solidarity and send deep love to all impacted.
With love
