Have you ever made your own muesli? You get to put in all the things you like and leave out what you don’t.
For me that means no sultanas or peanuts and lots of cranberries, dried apple and almonds instead ❤️
It’s currently Whole Grain Week, and guess what, muesli is a wholegrain powerhouse - think rolled oats, barley flakes and puffed quinoa.
And whether your muesli is home made or not, it’s a great way to start your day paired with milk or yoghurt and your favourite seasonal fruits - enjoy!
