All our teachers are professionally qualified and understand what it feels like to be pregnant and give birth. We are passionate about sharing the yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques that will enable you to have a pain-free pregnancy, labour and birth. The classes are suitable for all trimesters and all levels of experience. Our Mums & Bubs CoreFix Course is run Virtually, starting every 5 weeks. A huge thank you to all the beautiful couples who joined our Couples Birth Preparation Workshop last Saturday! 💕 It was such a joy to see partners learning, laughing, and supporting each other as they prepared for birth together.

Here’s what Maryanna shared about her experience:
⭐ "My partner and I attended Caroline's Couples Birth Prep Workshop and absolutely loved it! Caroline made all of us feel welcomed and taught us so many valuable tricks to use during labour.

I had done my fair share of research in natural births but being able to practise in person with my partner makes me feel 100% more prepared and more confident to go through my first birth.

Also love that we were able to practise a few techniques and she also gave out some handouts to remember to practise at home! Definitely recommend this for any couples that want to feel confident in natural pain relief going into labour!"

During pregnancy and the early years of parenthood, mental health often takes a back-seat — yet your emotional and mental wellbeing is just as vital as your physical health. This week is a reminder: you’re not alone, and support is out there.

🌿 Why it matters
• Around 1 in 5 new mums and 1 in 10 new dads experience anxiety or depression during the perinatal period.
• The theme “What you need, when you need it” affirms that each person’s journey is unique — what you need may be connection, rest, expert guidance, or simply a listening ear.
• Gentle movement, mindful breathwork and safe spaces to express how you feel can all support your mental wellbeing during this time.
