More people are discovering that true healing often involves more than talking about our experiences — it includes listening to the body as well.
Somatic (body-based) therapies, like Focusing, help us tune into the body’s signals to release tension, regulate emotions and feel more grounded. These approaches recognise that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and that lasting wellbeing often means working with both.
Somatic therapy can support people experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress or emotional overwhelm by helping the nervous system return to balance and creating space for healing at a deeper level.

Focusing is a body-oriented approach that can support you to explore what is happening beneath the surface, at your own pace. It offers a way to tune into your physical experience and better understand what might be contributing to feeling stuck so that you can find your way forward.
