With you, I experienced every part of motherhood for the very first time. You made me a mum, and while it hurts to realise how fast you’re growing, I truly love the stage you’re in, our interesting conversations and having a little best friend by my side.

When I look at you, I see so much of the little girl I once was; full of curiosity, opinions about everything, and a big imagination. And I also see a big chunk of your dad’s sense of humour and social skills too 😅❤️‍🔥

Your understanding, determination, fairness, and fierce protection of the ones you love, especially your little brother, amaze me every day.

You’re off to big school next year, and I can’t even describe how proud we are of the little man you’re becoming. No matter how much you grow, never forget that I will forever have a space in my arms for you.
