Emphasis is on strengthen the lung and large intestine meridians to increase vitality, bring clarity of mind, tone your bottom and thighs, help prevent colds and flu. Yoga helps you move freely through the changing weather to feel lighter and brighter. Autumn is the time to let go and grow!
