So much good information, if we’re willing to listen. Every month, your body gives you feedback about your stress levels, nutrition, sleep quality, nervous system state, and overall wellbeing. Heavy periods? That’s your body flagging something. Painful cramps? Your body’s asking for attention. Irregular cycles? Your body’s telling you it’s out of balance. Debilitating PMS? Your nervous system is overwhelmed.
