Mobile Exercise Physiology specialising in delivery of Exercise Therapy for people with Disability As I truly believe that Exercise Is Medicine.

Moving 4 Health is a philosophy that I live by as an individual, as an Exercise Physiologist and as a dancer. Movement allows us to have fun and enjoy life but is also essential to our health and well-being and is essential for us to live our everyday lives.

I have come to find this path through my own rehabilitation from my own two knee surgeries. Both surgeries taught me a great deal about myself and the value of movement. It is through the journey of my rehabilitation, returning to full pain free function and to what I love … dancing, that has inspired me to share the self-empowering knowledge of Exercise Physiology.

Throughout my studies at the University of Sydney I developed a deep understanding of how specific exercises prescription can prevent or reverse chronic disease, reduce some medications, avoid unnecessary orthopaedic surgeries, improve physical and mental health, return people to optimal physical function for their day-to-day activities and to optimise our bodies for the sports that we love.

Standing frame trial!

We collaborate with physios and equipment companies to help find the appropriate standing frame that can be used during Exercise Physiology sessions and improve the Quality of Lives for our client!

Improving:
- Hamstring Flexibility,
- Arm Exercise Options,
