What is your first drink for the day?

Mine is Tea, I use to be a coffee drinker until I gave up smoking, then to kick the habit I had to switch to tea. Because I would drink anything up to 10 coffees a day. Now only 1-2 cups of tea.

FACIAL TREATMENT!
Add four drops frankincense and six drops geranium to a 2 ounce glass spray bottle topped off with distilled water spray face and neck to refresh tone and tighten the skin.

To help relieve head tension, place a drop on thumbs and press to the roof of mouth and hold for 2 to 3/2. Apply on temples, back of neck, and shoulders.
