Healing mother & father wounds isn’t about blaming parents, it’s about having the chance to heal what they couldn’t heal themselves. The generational wounds that don’t serve you anymore so you don’t pass it on to your own kids.

A person raised in survival sees a threat in everything 💔.

They fear love.
They fear relationships.
They fear losing what they never even had.
They live in scarcity, always bracing for the worst.
Their body stays tense.
There’s fatigue, chronic health issues, no patience left to give.
Because a nervous system stuck in survival… can’t heal. It can’t restore.

Now compare that to someone raised in love and calmness: 🌸
• They feel safe to take chances
• They open up in relationships
• They show vulnerability without shame
• They feel heartbreak, but they also heal and grow
They’re not easily triggered.
They don’t take everything personally.
They know when to hold on and when it’s time to let go.
🌱 So let me ask you:

Were you raised in survival… or in love?

And what are you doing today to reparent yourself with the love you didn’t receive? 💛

What I learned running my first 42km marathon at the highest place on Earth… at 40. 🏔️

As I hiked for hours each day, going higher and higher in altitude, I started doubting myself.

The views were absolutely stunning — but inside, I kept thinking…
“Am I really fit enough to do this?”

And yet… I did it.

I was the only Brazilian woman to complete the Everest Marathon this year — and I crossed that finish line in 10 hours. 🇧🇷

But let me be honest — there were moments I truly wanted to give up.
My feet were covered in blisters.
My body felt completely depleted.
The trail was brutal — so many ups and downs (literally and emotionally).

But then… something inside me shifted.

I connected to a deep part of myself —
My inner child.

The little girl who was always told she couldn’t,
Who never had anyone to cheer her on,
Who just wanted to be seen.

I ran for her.

She didn’t care about medals or time.
She just wanted to know that I wouldn’t give up on her.

And when I finished… she smiled.
Not because we finished a marathon.
But because this time, I stayed.
I showed up. I didn’t give up on her.

And maybe that’s the real win. 💛

Day 8

We made it to Gorakshep — the highest settlement on Earth! 🏔️ 5,164m above sea level.

No showers up here, no luxury… just dust, altitude, and this wild adventure getting closer to Everest 🏔️✨

Honestly, I keep asking myself… is this real or am I dreaming?

One thing I’m sure of:
All the breathwork I’ve been practicing these last 5 years is paying off.

🌀 My oxygen levels are holding strong at 95%
🌀 I’m feeling grounded and good in my body

This journey keeps reminding me:
• Your body needs to feel safe before it can perform
• Safety comes through your breath and how you move
• Regulating the nervous system is not optional up here… it’s survival

The body listens when we give it what it needs.
And right now, mine is whispering… thank you 🙏🏽

Day 7
(finally sharing now that I found signal… & shower 😅)

Today we made our way to Lobuche – 4,940m.
On the way, we visited the Everest Memorial – a place dedicated to the souls who lost their lives chasing the summit.

It was quiet. Sacred.
I sat down by one of the stones and one said “Always Aim high”.
It had the name of a young woman who was young. A mother.

And I’m going to be honest with you—
A part of me judged.
How could someone with a child take that kind of risk?
Isn’t that selfish?

But then I stayed still.
Watched the clouds float by…
Breathed with the mountain.
And something softened.

I remembered that we’re all carrying something.
Some of us are wired to seek something greater—
To go beyond, to feel life at its edge,
Even if it’s dangerous. Even if it doesn’t make sense to others.

Maybe she needed to feel free.
Maybe she had pain she never spoke of.
Maybe Everest wasn’t a conquest, but a kind of homecoming.
I realised—
It’s not my place to judge someone’s choices
when I don’t know their story, We all carry invisible battles.
So today, I left my judgment there.
With the wind.
And I walked on, a little more human.
A little more tender.

Day 6 – Not everything is flowers and rainbows
Leaving Dingboche to Lobuche

Things were going well… until they weren’t.
I got food poisoning right on my acclimatisation day in Dingboche.

And let me tell you—being sick at 4,410m is not funny.

But I trusted my body.
I let it do what it needed.
And the next day, I was up and feeling well again.

Here are 3 powerful lessons this little “adventure” taught me:
• Don’t underestimate the power of your mind. It can heal you—or hijack you.
• Come back to the body. When the mind gets too loud, your body pays the price.
• Laughter is real medicine. Even when things are messy, a good laugh shifts everything.

One noodle, one breath, one lesson at a time.
