We believe that women are entitled to the resources needed to make informed, autonomous decisions about their health. All of our services are free or at low cost, and our space is wheelchair accessible. Along with our women's health nurse and doctor, LWHC also offers massage therapy, acupuncture and naturopathy. Throughout the year, the Centre also offers various workshops and groups, including tai chi and yoga, language-specific support groups, art therapy, and workshops on herbal remedies, menopause, consent and safe relationships.
