Accidental Counsellor Training.

Last month our team took part in the Human Connections Accidental Counsellor training.

A workshop designed for people supporting others in distress. We learned how to listen with empathy, respond calmly, ask the right questions, and guide someone toward the help they need, all while knowing our own boundaries.

What stood out most were the great discussions among our team. We shared stories, reflected on real situations, and talked openly about how it feels to be the person someone turns to for support.
