For more than a decade I have worked in a range of support roles with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about empowering you with the skills and knowledge to discover your own solutions on your journey to a happier and more fulfilling life. My style is warm and supportive. I will work with you to help you understand yourself and your relationships in new and insightful ways. I believe that one size does not fit all, that is why i employ both evidence based treatments and a variety of traditional therapeutic strategies to meet your individual needs. I welcome people of all genders, sexualities and relationship types. My areas of focus include: Anxiety & Depression, LGBTIQ Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Fertility Counselling
