Assure Ability expresses its deepest condolences to all those affected by yesterday’s tragic event at Bondi.
We are deeply saddened by the devastating loss of lives and the injuries caused during this horrific incident, which authorities have confirmed is being treated as a terrorist attack.
Our thoughts and heartfelt sympathy are with the families who lost their loved ones, the injured, and everyone in the Bondi community and beyond who has been impacted by this tragedy.
In moments of such pain, may we all stand together in compassion, unity, and support for those grieving and recovering.

Team Spotlight – Sudeep Parajuli
From Support Worker
to IT Administrator
Meet Our Hero — Sudeep
Today, we proudly shine the spotlight on Sudeep Parajuli, whose journey at Assure Ability is a true example of growth, dedication, and hard work.
Sudeep joined us in February 2023 as a Disability Support Worker, where his compassion, reliability, and strong work ethic quickly stood out.
In January 2025, he was promoted to SIL House Manager, leading with care and responsibility.
And since August 2025, after completing his graduation, Sudeep has stepped into the role of IT Administrator, bringing both passion and professionalism to our administrative team.
Watching Sudeep grow from frontline support to leadership and now into IT has been incredibly inspiring.
His journey reflects what we value most at Assure Ability — encouraging our people to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
We are truly delighted and proud to see his transformation, and grateful for the dedication he brings to our organisation every day.

National Disability Support Provider is established as a registered NDIS provider and disability support organisation in the greater Sydney region. Our teams of professionals and qualified employees focus on working with clients along with their family where quality of care and empathy are the foundation of successful relationship and we are continually striven to deliver high quality services in everything care and support. We provide in-home, respite and community care and activity services to adults and children with disabilities in Sydney and surrounding areas. Our clients with physical disabilities and other challenges caused by illness or medical conditions may need one-on-one attention and ongoing care and support.
Our support workers are available to give individuals the care they need and attention they deserve while maximising independence and quality of life. When you choose National Disability Support Provider as your disability care provider, your loved one can receive care from highly trained support workers while staying in the comfort of their own home or one of our well-equipped respite cares. Our disability care support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; whenever you or your loved one with special needs require assistance.
