Holistic psychology refers to the treatment of the whole person - psychological, emotional, behavioural, social, biological, generational, spiritual, and physical - rather than isolated symptoms.
A Holistic therapeutic process is deep, practical, often gentle and honest, it involves our awareness, our responsibility, and learning how to regulate rather than suppress.
It challenges us to look beneath the symptoms, the repetitive behavioural and emotional patterns, leading us to understanding the meaning of expressions of self. Therefore, change happens through awareness, safety, and integration.
If you sense there is more beneath the surface, you may already be ready for this therapeutic process.
This work helps adults to recognise unconscious patterns, understand emotional triggers, regulate their nervous system, create new response instead of repeating old reactions.
I invite to you into humanistic, holistic therapeutic work that nurtures emotional growth, integration and meaningful change.
