✨ Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on it — it’s deeply influenced by what’s happening within it. Here are a few of my favourite, therapist-approved ways to gently detox the skin and bring it back into balance:

🌿 Support your liver. Your skin is often the first to show when your detox pathways are overloaded. Adding leafy greens, cruciferous veggies, lemon water, and reducing alcohol can make a world of difference.

💦 Hydrate more than you think you need. Water helps keep your lymphatic system moving — a key player in keeping skin bright, clear and calm.

🍓 Choose low-inflammatory foods. Think berries, good quality fats, herbal teas, and whole foods. Your skin thrives in a low-stress internal environment.

🚫 Reduce the “skin stressors.” Sugar, processed foods, alcohol and poor sleep all show up quickly on the skin. Even dialing them back a little can reduce inflammation and congestion.

✨ Keep your skincare simple + supportive. This is where I come in. Dermaviduals allows us to nourish, repair and rebalance the skin — not strip it. A personalised routine can transform how your skin behaves long-term.
