At headspace Bankstown, we know how great time in nature can be for our mental health. Yesterday our team headed out for a bush walk to reconnect, recharge, and enjoy some beautiful views together. Grateful for moments like these that remind us to slow down and look after ourselves and each other.

At headspace Bankstown, our young people choose a new whiteboard theme every month in the waiting room and then they take full creative control to show us what matters to them.

January was all about favourite music artists.
February’s theme: your favourite piece of fiction.

Come on in, grab a marker, and tell us what show, movie, or book you’re loving right now. Get creative and make the board your own!

Towards the end of last year, our Vocational Coordinator, Cass worked in partnership with and alongside the young people who attend the First Nations Hub Youth Group to create beautiful tiles for a First Nations pebble mosaic artwork at Chester Hill Community Garden. A lot of volunteering and hard work went into making this special First Nations artwork.
