Fresh isn’t always best... Researchers at the University of California, pitted the vitamin content of 8 different fresh fruit and vegies against their frozen counterparts & found them equally nutritious! There was even higher vitamin C in frozen blueberries than fresh! 👊🍓🍃🌽

Dr Amanda from Healthspace will be discussing why it is important for babies to move in their first year of life.
