If you’re ready to move again after birth, but want something gentle, supportive, and baby-friendly, our Mums + Bubs Postnatal Yoga & Pilates course was created with you in mind.
You’ll be guided by two experienced teachers; one in yoga and one in pilates and both Mums, who understand postnatal bodies and the hesitation that can come with returning to movement.
