Is there a reason you keep raising the bar when you haven’t even mastered the basics? 🤔

Because the reality is if you’re not consistent with the easy part, you’re definitely not going to be consistent when more is asked of you.

Obviously, there’s a time to push and a time to pull back. But if you’re stressing yourself out because you’re trying to do it ALL at once, then you’re shooting yourself in the foot.

There’s no rush and funnily enough, it’s when you pull back that you start generating the most momentum which catapults you to reach those standards you were originally chasing.

I WISH more people knew it didn’t have to be such a gruelling process.

The smallest changes usually have the biggest impacts. And funnily enough people will usually skip the tiny changes in exchange for the big changes which end up having the opposite effect of their desired outcome 🤭

But honestly? I’d LOVE to help you fix your relationship with food.

If you’re someone who…

• Falls into the all-or-nothing mindset
• Thinks calorie counting is restrictive or obsessive
• Has a history of binge/restrict cycles and feels exhausted by the mental gymnastics around food
• Doesn’t fully trust yourself around “fun” foods
